Information below is provided to be up-front, realistic, and honest with our clients:
The Driver will use this information to track your flight and show up at the airport at the appropriate
time. If your flight is delayed, the driver will know of the delay in advance and make any necessary
adjustments to his or her schedule. If the Driver encounters a conflict the driver will notify dispatch
and the pick up may be re-assigned accordingly. In rare cases of extreme traffic, flight delays, or
both, it is possible for our drivers to arrive late for a pick up. We try and avoid any and all situations
that may unconvince the client, however some situations are not within our means to control. It has
been a rare instance that a driver has been more than 15 minutes behind the arrival of a flight, but
in peak season the possibility does exist. We ask all clients to turn on their cell phones as soon as
the plane lands, more than likely a voice mail will be waiting from the driver or dispatcher to inform
you of the driver’s status, and the driver’s cell phone number will be left for you to be able to
contact him or her directly.

In extreme situations we have 3 sister companies that honor our price totaling 78 vehicles. We also
have a half dozen affiliates most of witch honor our price, bringing access us to over 130 vehicles.
There is no bait and switch, our business is to satisfy our clients, develop relationships and
reputation through honesty, loyalty and integrity. If in order to satisfy a client we must utilize an
outside source that does not honor our price are a few that do not honor our prices, and the cost
differs more than $5.00 we will pay the driver/company the difference, these transactions occur
behind the scenes as to not create an uncomfortable environment for our customers. Additionally if
by chance this situation arises more than 2 times in a calendar year for a specific customer, we will
pay the total price difference.

We strive for progress, while impossible to be perfect we have procedures in place to cover
unforeseen conditions and situations. These usually apply to peak traffic hours, in season peak
travel days, late night last minute reservations, and early morning pick ups. The following is a list of
reasons for last minute changes:

We Also utilize A select group of Taxi-cab drivers most of witch honor our rates. These drivers are
hand picked by our Operations Manager and must meet requirements of years of experience,
cleanliness of vehicle, proper conduct, and customer relations. This scenario is our last resort, Taxi
drivers that do not honor our price will not charge you more than $5.00 dollars more than the
agreed upon price, and you will be reimbursed by us in any case if this is to occur more than twice
in a calendar year.
